Miley Cyrus has done it again. She looks totally adorable from the front, but when she turns around... Yes, that's another spiderweb-esque shirt. Why, Miley? Why? Whatever, if you just look at her from the front, she's darling. As is her dog. Could he be any cuter? Seriously, I just want to cuddle with him all day. I mean, is it too much to ask Miley to put on clothes that come in one piece?
